Topic 1 : Fitness and eating habits
Hello everyone, I'm Hai Anh, a 2nd year student at FPT
Polytechnic, today I will share my eating and exercise habits.
Normally, I usually wake up at 5 o'clock, do personal hygiene, then jog until 7 o'clock. Then I come home and prepare breakfast for myself. My breakfast includes 2 breads, 1 box of yogurt and 1 banana, then I go to school.
My lunch is quite simple, there will be brown rice, salmon,
stir-fried vegetables and a plate of fruit salad. Then I will rest until 3
o'clock, I start doing high-intensity exercise with weight lifting, push-ups,
sit-ups, I practice until 5 o'clock and then rest.
My dinner will have 75 grams of boiled rice, 250 grams of
sauteed salmon or water and a plate of mixed fruit. The rest of the time I rest
or spend time with my family or go somewhere and of course eating out of habit
will not affect my family, my family is also very supportive of me.
In addition, I also play other sports for entertainment on Sundays. This is my body after 2 months of applying eating and exercise habits.
