 Nowadays, there are many and diverse means of transportation, in the air, by ship, by rail, or on the ground, such as motorbikes, bicycles, cars, airplanes, trains, and boats. many means.


Normally I travel to school by my family's private motorbike and most of the students in Hanoi often take the bus or private car but most of them prefer to take their own car rather than the bus but some Students also want to save money on gas, so they choose to take the bus.


Most of the time, I prefer riding a motorbike rather than taking other means of transportation. Unless I'm traveling or going somewhere, I'll take a car or plane to get to my desired destination. The reason I like riding a motorbike is because it is quite interesting and fun and can be used to travel with friends who want to rest at any time. You can also enjoy the feeling of enjoying the cool fresh breeze when riding a motorbike. That's why I choose to ride a motorbike, but in return there will be certain risks. It's also possible that if you fall, it will be more dangerous to your life and not very safe.

Hello everyone, I'm Hai Anh, a 2nd year student at FPT Polytechnic, today I will share my eating and exercise habits. Normally, I usually wake up at 5 o'clock, do personal hygiene, then jog until 7 o'clock. Then I come home and prepare breakfast for myself. My breakfast includes 2 breads, 1 box of yogurt and 1 banana, then I go to school. My lunch is quite simple, there will be brown rice, salmon, stir-fried vegetables and a plate of fruit salad. Then I will rest until 3 o'clock, I start doing high-intensity exercise with weight lifting, push-ups, sit-ups, I practice until 5 o'clock and then rest.
